The Ancient Concept of Radiant Delivery Enabled by Modern Materials and Technology
A 2002 report to the International Energy Agency recommends radiant delivery of moderate temperatures to optimize thermal comfort with the best use of energy. The report explains the reason this is rarely implemented: our energy models ignore the Second Law of Thermodynamics.
“Today calculations of energy use in buildings are based solely on the energy conservation principle, the first law of thermodynamics.”
